eGiftshop.ca offers flat-rate shipping, regardless of item quantity (providing they fit in one box).
Cost is $8 to ship to addresses within Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta. $10 to ship to addresses in all other provinces and territories.
We will pack and place your order with FedEx within 48 hours of purchase.
Due to our Cancellation Policy (see 'Can I change or cancel my order?' below), we cannot process your order until after 5pm of the next business day.
Most items will arrive within 2-4 days.
If you need your item sooner than 4 days or need to guarantee an arrival date, expedited shipping is available. Email Customer Service for information.

When you're ready to process your order, uncheck 'Same as Billing Information' and enter their name and address in the Shipping Information section.
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. At this time we do not ship internationally.
If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product. Unfortunately we cannot accept purchases for items on back-order.
If you would like more information on when an item will be available again, please email our Customer Service team and we will provide you with an estimated date.
If your item arrives damaged or defective in any way we will be happy to offer you a replacement item at no charge. You will not have to return the original item.
In such cases, photo and/or video proof of damage will be required to confirm the issue.
If you do not receive your order or it has been delayed, please email us via the form below and we will assist you with the issue:
It is possible to cancel an order before it is processed and shipped, provided we receive your request to cancel by 5pm EST the day following your item purchase.
After your order has been processed and shipped it will not be possible to cancel.
However, you may be able to return it for a refund (see 'What is your return policy?' below for more information).

We aim to please! If your purchase isn't what you hoped it would be, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt of the product.
